Send a clear edit request, check your plan allowance and review the completed work.
Send website changes through that website's Messages tab in the dashboard or Netbound app. The conversation keeps your request and feedback beside the website it applies to. An AI assistant may answer first and hand the conversation to a person on the Netbound team.
For a text change, identify the existing sentence and supply the complete replacement. For a photo, attach the original file and say which image it replaces. For opening hours or contact details, include the final values rather than asking the team to infer them from a screenshot.
If there are several changes, group them by page and put the most urgent first. You can send a document or use Project files on Overview for a larger file selection. Follow the displayed upload limits.
The published plans allow minor edits up to 30 minutes a month on Basic, 60 minutes on Standard and 120 minutes on Pro. These are time allowances, not a fixed number of requests or unlimited changes. Check your plan in Billing and ask the team how the proposed work fits the available allowance.
Text corrections, updated opening hours and replacement photos may fit a minor edit. The time required depends on where the content appears and the work needed to update it.
A new page, a layout redesign, a booking integration or preparing a large batch of content may need more work. New pages can only be treated as included where the team confirms they fit the agreed scope and allowance. Ask for the scope, cost and expected timing of any extra work before approving it.
Search-related edits use the same scope discussion. Included on-page SEO does not mean unlimited new content, ongoing campaigns or guaranteed rankings.
Check Messages for questions from the team. Confirm the final wording or scope if they ask for clarification. Ask for an expected completion date; turnaround depends on the request and there is no fixed response time for every edit.
When the team says the work is ready, open the page on a phone and computer. Check the changed content, links and relevant form or booking action. If it needs correction, reply in the same conversation with the page address and the remaining issue.
If the conversation cannot load, refresh the page. If a sent message does not appear, check the history before resending and keep a copy of your request. If an upload fails, try a smaller file selection or ask for another way to send it.
If you cannot sign in, use the website chat bubble or Netbound's contact page. Include the business name and account email. Never send passwords or full card details with an edit request.
