The best way to get us is the Messages tab in this dashboard.

  • It's a real person (usually one of the developers), not a robot.
  • All your history is saved, so you can scroll back to check previous conversations.
  • You can upload files and screenshots directly (that helps us heaps!).
  • We have separate threads for each Project and for General Support, so things don't get mixed up.

"Is this a stupid question?"

No. seriously, no. We know tech is confusing. We talk about DNS records and A-names all day, but we don't expect you to.

  • Ask us how to set up your email.
  • Ask us why your logo looks weird on Facebook.
  • Ask us anything.

Emergencies

If your site is completely offline and it's not a billing issue, message us immediately. We get alerts for this fast, but it never hurts to shout out.
