The best way to get us is the Messages tab in this dashboard.
- It's a real person (usually one of the developers), not a robot.
- All your history is saved, so you can scroll back to check previous conversations.
- You can upload files and screenshots directly (that helps us heaps!).
- We have separate threads for each Project and for General Support, so things don't get mixed up.
