A checklist of what to send us.
Getting your gear ready
To build a site that looks proper professional, we need a few things from you. Don't stress if you don't have everything perfect right away, send what you have!
1. Your Logo
This is the face of your business.
- Best: A vector file (
.AI,.EPS, or.SVG). Ask your designer for this. - Good: A high-quality PNG with a clear background.
- Bad: A photo of your business card or a screenshot from Instagram. (Please don't do this, it will look blurry!)
2. Photos
People buy from people. Show them who you are.
- Team photos: A nice shot of you or your team smiling.
- Work photos: Show your actual work! If you're a landscaper, show a fresh lawn. If you're a cafe, show a coffee being poured.
- Smartphone is fine: You don't need a pro camera. Any modern phone (iPhone, Samsung) takes great photos if you have good lighting. Just make sure the lens is clean!
Need stock photos?
If you have absolutely no photos, let us know. We can find high-quality "stock" photos, but real photos of your actual business always work better.
3. The Words (Copy)
We're great at writing, but we don't know your business as well as you do. Write down a few bullet points for us:
- What do you do? (e.g., "We fix leaky taps in Western Sydney")
- Who are you? (e.g., "Family owned for 20 years")
- Why pick you? (e.g., "We turn up on time, every time")
- Contact info: Phone, email, address.
How to send it?
You can upload everything right here in the dashboard under your Project. Or if it's easier, just email the lot to us.
