Managing Projects

Your dashboard gives you a bird's eye view of all your websites. Here is what the different parts mean.

Project Status

You will see a colored tag next to your project name:

• Live
  Live: Your site is online and running.
• Provisioning
  Provisioning: We are currently setting up the servers. Give it a few minutes.
• In Progress
  In Progress: We are still building or designing the site.
• Suspended
  Suspended: The site is offline, usually due to a missed payment.

Unified Chat

Need to talk to us? You don't need to email.

Just click the Chat button on any project, or the message icon in the sidebar.

• You can send us files (images, logos).
• You can see when we are typing.
• All your history is saved there so you don't lose track of what we discussed.

Maintenance

Your subscription includes maintenance. This means we keep the software up to date. You might see a date like "Maintenance: Dec 25, 2025". That is just the validity period of your current maintenance cycle. As long as you are subscribed, we keep extending it.
